Beijing, November 29th—Qian Hongshan, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, attended here today on the evening the international forum entitled "The Evolution of Party-Political System of Kazakhstan: Challenges, Achievements and Perspectives" in Kazakhstan via video link and delivered a speech.

Qian spoke positively on China-Kazakhstan relations and the exchanges between the ruling parties of the two countries, and highlighted the significance of the Resolution of the CPC Central Committee on the Major Achievements and Historical Experience of the Party over the Past Century, which was adopted at the sixth plenary session of the 19th CPC Central Committee. He also introduced the CPC's experience and practices in democratic and political building according to the forum theme.

The forum was organized by "Nur Otan" party of Kazakhstan to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Kazakhstan's independence. Representatives of political parties and academia from Russia, the US, the UK, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Turkey, the International Conference of Asian Political Parties and the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe attended the forum.
