Beijing, March 11th—Zhu Rui, Assistant Minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, held a video call here today on the afternoon with Ahmad El Hariri, the Secretary-General of Lebanon’s Future Movement at request.

Zhu spoke positively of the relations between the two Parties and the two countries, saying that the CPC is willing to deepen exchanges and cooperation with Lebanon’s Future Movement, and promote the healthy and stable development of China-Lebanon relations through inter-party exchanges. Zhu also mainly introduced the spirit of the two sessions.

Ahmed extended his warm congratulations on the success of the Beijing Winter Olympics, spoke highly of the Belt and Road Initiative and the vision of a community with a shared future for mankind, and appreciated China's commitment to world development and the interests of all mankind. Ahmed said, the Future Movement is willing to further develop the relations and cooperation in various fields between the two Parties to benefit the two peoples.
