Beijing, September 1st—Qian Hongshan, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, held a video call here today on the afternoon with Alexey Chepa, Deputy Chairman of faction of the Political Party “A Just Russia — Patriots — For Truth” at the State Duma, The First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on International Affairs and Alexander Romanovich, Plenipotentiary representative of the Chairman of the Political Party “A Just Russia — Patriots — For Truth” on International Affairs. Qian spoke positively of the results in the development of relations between the two Parties and two countries, and mainly introduced the fourth volume of "Xi Jinping: The Governance of China" and the great significance of the upcoming 20th CPC National Congress.
