Liu Jianchao Meets with Finnish Ambassador to China and Ambassador of New Zealand to China Respectively

Beijing, November 22nd—Liu Jianchao, Minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today with Leena-Kaisa Mikkola, Finnish Ambassador to China and Clare Fearnley, outgoing Ambassador of New Zealand to China respectively. Liu said, China and Finland have enjoyed a friendly relationship for a long time. Inter-party relationship is an important part of China-Finland relations. The CPC is willing to strengthen exchanges with political parties of Finland to enhance understanding and mutual learning and boost cooperation in all areas. Liu thanked Ambassador Fearnley's contributions to pushing bilateral relations and exchanges between political parties during her tenure.
