Zhu said, China and Iran enjoy a long-standing friendship, and our political mutual trust has moved forward with sustained vitality. In recent years, under the joint guidance of the two heads of state, China-Iran comprehensive strategic partnership has enjoyed stable development. The year 2023 is the first year for China to implement the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress. The IDCPC is ready to strengthen institutionalized exchanges with political parties and political organizations including the Expediency Discernment Council of Iran, Islamic Motalefeh Party of Iran and Strategic Council on Foreign Relations of Iran, deepen strategic communication, enhance mutual learning of philosophy, guide non-governmental friendship, and jointly implement the strategic consensus reached by General Secretary Xi Jinping and Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi through various ways, so as to push China-Iran relations for new and greater development. Zhu also introduced the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress and the optimization of China's COVID response policies.

Keshavarz Zadeh once again congratulated on the successful convening of the 20th CPC National Congress and President Xi Jinping's election as the General Secretary of the CPC Central Committee. He believed that under the brilliant leadership of General Secretary Xi Jinping, China will make new achievements in 2023, and march towards the goal of great rejuvenation along a Chinese path to modernization. He stressed, the Iranian side attaches high importance to developing relations between our two countries and deepening inter-party exchanges. The Iranian Embassy in China supports and is ready to actively promote the political parties, political organizations, government departments, the assembly, localities, think tanks and universities of Iran to conduct further exchanges and cooperation with the CPC to jointly push Iran-China comprehensive strategic partnership for in-depth development.
