Zhu positively evaluated the relationship between the two Parties and the two countries. He said the CPC highly values the friendly cooperative relations with the Cambodian People's Party and is willing to work together with Cambodia to implement the important consensus reached by the top leaders of the two Parties, strengthen friendly exchanges at all levels, deepen experience exchanges in party building and state governance, and strengthen coordination and cooperation in international and regional affairs, so as to promote in-depth and concrete development of the China-Cambodia community with a shared future in the new era. Zhu also highlighted the "two sessions" and the Global Civilization Initiative.

Suos Yara highly spoke of the great development achievements made by the Chinese people under the leadership of the CPC, and expressed that the Cambodian People's Party is willing to strengthen exchanges and cooperation with the CPC in various fields, actively participate in China’s important international initiatives, and promote Cambodia-China relations to a new level.

After the meeting, both sides witnessed the signing of the framework agreement for cooperation in publishing the Contemporary World (Cambodian Edition).
