Liu said, China and Moldova are traditional friendly countries that have always respected each other and engaged in mutually beneficial cooperation. Inter-party exchanges are an important part of bilateral relations and have played a significant role in ensuring the long-term stability and development of China-Moldova relations. The CPC is willing to strengthen experience exchange on state governance and administration with the Party of Socialists and other political parties of Moldova, enhance communication at all levels, promote cooperation in areas such as the joint construction of the Belt and Road Initiative, and firmly support each other on issues concerning respective core interests.

Liu said, at present, guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era, China is working towards achieving the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation through a Chinese path to modernization. Integrating the basic principles of Marxism with the specific realities of China and the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation has been the fundamental understanding and most effective approach in our exploration of the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The Chinese side is willing to work together with the Moldovan side to uphold the common values of humanity, respect the independent choices of development paths by peoples of all countries according to their national conditions, and implement hand in hand the Global Development Initiative, the Global Security Initiative, and the Global Civilization Initiative, so as to promote the building of a community with a shared future for mankind.

Batrincea said, it is a great pleasure to visit China and attend the thematic briefing on "Stories of CPC—Hubei's Achievements in Practicing Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era" upon invitation. I personally witnessed the remarkable achievements Chinese people made under the leadership of the CPC in economic and social development and in combating the COVID-19 pandemic. The Moldovan side firmly adheres to the one-China principle and appreciates China's proposal of the Belt and Road Initiative based on mutual respect, equality, and mutual benefit. The Moldovan side hopes to enhance practical cooperation in various fields by joining in China's major initiatives.
