Sun said, this year marks the 25th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and South Africa and the "Year of South Africa" for BRICS. Under the strategic guidance of President Xi Jinping and President Cyril Ramaphosa, the relationship between the two countries has entered a “golden era”. The CPC is willing to work with the ANC to well implement the important consensus reached by the top leaders of the two countries and continuously consolidate the political and public opinion foundation for the relations between the two Parties and the two countries.

Ramokgopa said, President Xi Jinping’s successful state visit to South Africa this year has injected strong impetus into the development of relations between the two countries. The ANC looks forward to deepening exchanges and cooperation with the CPC, and promoting the development of China-South Africa comprehensive strategic partnership to better benefit the two peoples.
