Beijing, April 23rd—Liu Jianchao, Minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today with a delegation from the Aspen Institute led by Joseph Nye, Co-Chair of the Aspen Strategy Group and Emeritus Professor of the Harvard's Kennedy School of Government.
