The rise of China along with Russia, India and some other Asian nations are giving new drive to reshaping of the Euro-American centric power structure. Now America is trying to contain it by hook and crook. Therefore, to exert solid effort with attempt to consolidate and strengthen the Communist, Left and Workers movement in different parts of South Asia is unavoidable to support China, strengthen her one China policy and fight against contain China policy. It might be another dimension of diplomacy which inspires for creative use of Marxism in accordance with the call and demand of 21st century socialism.
