At the invitation of the New Azerbaijan Party, the National Liberal Party of Romania and the Croatian Democratic Union, Ma Wenpu, Vice Minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, will lead a CPC delegation to pay a friendly visit to Azerbaijan, Romania and Croatia from March 25th-April 7th.
