At the invitation of the Communist Party of China, a group of secretaries of provincial committees of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) headed by Phung Quoc Hien, member of the Central Committee and Secretary of Yen Bai Provincial Committee of the CPV, will visit China from May 27th to June 3rd.
