At the invitation of the Communist Party of Russia, Mr. Qian Yunlu, Member of the CPC Central Committee and Secretary of the CPC Heilongjiang Provincial Committee will head a CPC delegation to visit Russia from June 27 to July 9, and attend the “Day of Heilongjiang” and related activities within the framework of the “Year of China” held in Russia.
