At the invitations of the Social Democratic Party of Germany (SPD), the Spanish Socialist Workers' Party (PSOE), the French-speaking Reformist Movement of Belgium (MR) and the European People's Party (EPP), Zhang Zhijun, Vice Minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, will lead a good-will delegation to visit Germany, Spain, and Belgium and represent the CPC to host the Seminar in Brussels on China-EU Relations and Common Future Challenges jointly with the EPP from 25th October to 8th November.
