At the invitation of the Foreign Ministry of Japan and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade of ROK, the CPC cadre delegation headed by Mr. Fu Sihe, Member of the Ministerial Board of the Organizational Department of the CPC Central Committee will visit Japan and ROK from Oct. 29 to Nov. 9.
