At the invitation of the National Congress of Sudan (NCS) and the General People's Congress of Yemen (GPCY), Mr. Du Jiahao, member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee and secretary of the CPC Pudong New Area Committee will attend the third national congress of the NCS as CPC observer and lead a CPC good-will delegation to visit Yemen respectively from November 18 to 30.
