At the invitation of SWAPO Party of Namibia and the Lesotho Congress for Democracy, Mr. Zhang Huawei, vice-ministerial inspector of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee will observe the fourth National Congress of the SWAPO Party of Namibia as a representative of the CPC from November 27 to 30, and afterward will lead a CPC goodwill delegation to visit Lesotho.
