At the invitation of the President of the National Congress Party of India Sonia Gandhi, Vice Minister Liu Hongcai of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee will attend the international conference on “Peace, Non-violence and Empowerment - Gandhian Philosophy in the 21st Century” that is going to be held in New Delhi as representative of the CPC from January 29th to 30th.
