At the invitation of the Communist Party of Cuba and the Permanent Conference of the Political Party of Latin America and Caribbean Sea, Vice Minister Cheng Fengxiang of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee will lead a CPC delegation to Cuba and Argentina from January 28th to February 12th.
