At the invitation of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, a delegation headed by Noda Takeshi, Member of the Liberal Democratic Party and the Shugiin (the House of Representatives) of Japan and Chairman of the Japan-China Society, is to visit China from 4th-6th February.
