At the invitation of Sergei Mironov, Chairman of the Just Russia: Motherland/Pensioners/Life, CPC representative Qiu Yuanping, Deputy Director of the Foreign Affairs Office of the CPC Central Committee, will attend Just Russia’s first Congress, which will be held on February 26th in St.Petersburg.
