At the invitation of Chung Eui-Yong, Secretary General of the fourth General Assembly of ICAPP, Liu Hongcai, Vice Minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, will attend the 7th Standing Committee meeting of ICAPP, which will be held in Seoul, the Republic of Korea, from February 23rd to February 25th.
