At the invitation of the Communist Party of India (Marxist), the People’s Action Party of Singapore and the Communist Party of Vietnam, Mr. Gao Junliang, Vice-Minister of the Publicity Department of the Communist Party of China (CPC), is going to head a CPC delegation in a goodwill visit to the three above-mentioned countries from Mar. 5th to 17th.
