At the invitation of the CPC, To Huy Rua, Member of the Secretariat and head of the Publicity and Education Commission of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Central Committee and its Director of Commission for Ideology and Culture, and his team will visit China from July 24th to August 3rd, during which he will attend the third CPC-CPV theoretical seminar titled Theory and Practice of Scientific and Harmonious Development in the Process of Socialist Economic and Social Development.
