At the invitation of the Portuguese Communist Party (PCP), Qu Qingshan, Member of the Standing Committee and Head of the Publicity Department of the CPC Qinghai Provincial Committee will attend the festival of the PCP party newspaper “Forward!” to be held in Lisbon from September 7th to 9th as representative of the CPC.
