At the respective invitations of L'Humanité, organ of the French Communist Party, Antwerp Province of Belgium and Thuringen Federal State of Germany, Guo Yongping, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Sha’anxi Provincial Committee and Secretary of the CPC Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection, will attend la Fête de L'Humanité, the newspaper festival in Paris from 14th-16th September as a CPC representative and then pay a stopover visit to Belgium and Germany.
