At the invitation of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, a delegation of the Commission for Mass Mobilization of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) headed by its Permanent Deputy Director Vu Trong Kim will visit China from October 14th to 21st.
