At the invitation of the Communist Party of China, Mr. Le Thanh Hai, Member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee, and Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam will head a CPV delegation to visit China from November 18 to 26.
