At the invitation of the African National Congress (ANC) of South Africa, the Democratic Party of Botswana and the People's Progressive Front of Seychelles, Mr. Zhang Jianping, vice-minister of the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and chief of the Administration Bureau of Departments under the CPC Central Committee will observe the 52nd ANC national congress as CPC representative and afterwards lead a CPC goodwill delegation to visit Botswana and Seychelles from December 12 to 24.
