Beijing, November 6th—Hu Zhaoming, Spokesperson of the International Department of the Central Committee of the CPC (IDCPC), announced here today that the IDCPC will hold a briefing on the spirit of the fifth plenary session of the 19th CPC Central Committee for diplomatic envoys to China on November 9th.
