Beijing, August 12th—Zhu Rui, Assistant-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, attended here the opening ceremony of webinar for cadres of the Justicialist Party (PJ) of Argentina. Lu Yongzheng, Member of the Standing Committee and Director of Publicity Department of the CPC Guizhou Provincial Committee, Zou Xiaoli, Chinese Ambassador to Argentina, José Luis Gioja, President of the Justicialist Party and Vice President of the Chamber of Deputies of Argentina and others were present and delivered speeches.

Zhu congratulated on the opening of the webinar on behalf of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee and spoke positively of China-Argentina relations and anti-epidemic cooperation between our two countries. He said, the CPC is willing to deepen exchanges and cooperation with the PJ, push China-Argentina comprehensive strategic partnership for constant development, jointly safeguard international fairness and justice and build together a community with a shared future for mankind. Moreover, he emphatically introduced the main content and global significance of the third volume of Xi Jinping: The Governance of China.

Gioja spoke highly of China’s achievements in fighting the COVID-19 and contributions to promoting the international cooperation in fighting the COVID-19, and praised China for setting an example for the coordinated development of economic and social development for all countries in the world. He said he will read the third volume of Xi Jinping: The Governance of China carefully, learn the experience of state governance and administration from the CPC, and promote Argentina to realize the sustainable development. The PJ is willing to make concerted efforts with the CPC to safeguard multilateralism, oppose unilateralism and hegemonism, and strive for a fair and beautiful world.

The webinar lasted for three days, during which participants made in-depth exchanges on such topics as poverty alleviation, resumption of work and production, and the joint construction of the Belt and Road Initiative against the backdrop of regular epidemic prevention and control.
