Beijing, October 23rd—Shen Beili, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee (IDCPC), attended and addressed here the opening ceremony of the Webinar for United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV).

On behalf of the IDCPC, Shen Beili congratulated on the opening of the webinar and spoke positively of the relations between the two parties and the two countries and bilateral anti-epidemic cooperation. Shen Beili said, the CPC is willing to deepen experience exchanges on state governance and administration with PSUV, promote respective party building and national progress, and build a world featuring peace and development together.

Adán Chávez, Vice President of PSUV, spoke highly of China’s achievements in the fight against the COVID-19 epidemic. He thanked the Chinese side for the generous support and assistance to the Venezuelan side, and said that PSUV is willing to further strengthen exchanges and cooperation with the CPC, continuously deepen the brotherhood between our two parties and two countries, and jointly champion international fairness and justice.

The webinar will focus on exchanges on experience and practice of resumption of work and production amid the ongoing epidemic prevention and control measures, poverty alleviation, and promoting cooperation between China and Latin American countries and China-Venezuela in the new era.
