Beijing, November 3rd—Guo Yezhou, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, held video exchanges here today with Andrew Gwynne, Member of Parliament, Former Shadow Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government.

Guo introduced the spirit of the fifth plenary session of the 19th CPC Central Committee, and said that the CPC is willing to strengthen exchanges and mutual learning with the Labour Party, promote practical cooperation between our two countries in various areas, and constantly push China-UK relations forward.

Gwynne spoke highly of the huge achievements and the prospects of China’s economic and social development. He said the Labour Party attaches importance to the exchanges with the CPC, and is willing to actively promote exchanges and cooperation between the two countries, so as to make contributions to the development of UK-China relations.
