Wang Yajun Attends Opening Ceremony of the Webinar for Cambodia People's Party (CPP)

Beijing, November 4th—Wang Yajun, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee (IDCPC), attended and addressed here today the opening ceremony of the webinar for Cambodia People's Party (CPP) themed on “jointly explore new development of a community with a shared future for China and Cambodia in the post pandemic era”. Wang Wentian, Chinese Ambassador to Cambodia, and Men Sam An, Member of the CPP Central Committee and Deputy Chairman of the Control Commission of the Cambodia People's Party (CPP), attended and addressed the ceremony.

On behalf of the IDCPC and Song Tao, Minister of the IDCPC, Wang spoke highly of China-Cambodia relations. He said, the Chinese side is willing to work with the Cambodian side to well implement the important consensus reached between the top leaders of the two parties, strengthen intra-party exchanges and cooperation as well as exchanges and cooperation in all fields, push the building of a community with a shared future for China and Cambodia and better benefit the two countries and two peoples. Wang also introduced the fifth plenary session of the 19th CPC Central Committee.

Men Sam An congratulated on the successful opening of the fifth plenary session of the 19th CPC Central Committee. She stressed that the Cambodian side attaches high importance to its relations with China and is willing to, together with the Chinese side, strengthen intra-party exchanges and cooperation, deepen political mutual trust and make greater contributions to the construction of a community with a shared future for China and Cambodia.
