Beijing, November 10th—Qian Hongshan, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee held video talks here with Alexei Chepa, Member of the Central Presidium of A Just Russia, Deputy Chairman of the parliamentary delegation of the Russian State Duma of A Just Russia and Alexander Leonidovich Romanovich，Secretary of the Presidium of the Party Central Council on International Affairs, briefing them on the spirit of the fifth plenary session of the 19th CPC Central Committee.

Qian mainly introduced the background, significance and outcomes of the fifth plenary session of the 19th CPC Central Committee, stressing that China will purse high-quality development and high-level opening-up during the 14th Five-Year Plan period (2021-2025), which will definitely provide new opportunities for the development of China-Russia relations and cooperation in all areas. The CPC is willing to maintain institutionalized exchanges with A Just Russia and jointly push China-Russia relations in the new era for more comprehensive and in-depth development.

Chepa and Romanovich spoke highly of the important results of the fifth plenary session of the 19th CPC Central Committee, believing that the objectives formulated at the session will surely be achieved, and China will continue to play the role of driver of global economy. A Just Russia is willing to deepen friendly exchanges and cooperation with the CPC to make contributions to the Russia-China relations.
