Wang Yajun Meets with T. Badral, Newly-appointed Mongolian Ambassador to China

Beijing, November 19th—Wang Yajun, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today on the afternoon with T. Badral, newly-appointed Mongolian Ambassador to China.

Wang congratulated Badral on his assumption of the new post, saying that China and Mongolia are friendly neighbouring countries linked by mountains and waters. The mutual support between both sides during the COVID-19 epidemic has reflected the profound friendship between the two peoples. The Chinese side is willing to work with all the political parties in Mongolia, including the Mongolian People's Party, to well implement the important consensus of leaders of both sides, continuously enhance political mutual trust, deepen economic, trade and non-governmental cooperation, and better benefit the two peoples. Wang also introduced the main spirit of the fifth plenary session of the 19th CPC Central Committee.

Badral congratulated on the successful convening of the fifth plenary session of the 19th CPC Central Committee. He said, the Mongolian side highly values the relations between the two countries and the intra-party exchanges, and is willing to work with the Chinese side to continuously strengthen exchanges and cooperation in various areas, deepen integration of development strategies between the two countries, and jointly push Mongolia-China comprehensive strategic partnership for new progress.

Wang also presented Badral with some interview transcripts about Xi Jinping, including Xi Jinping's Seven Years of Educated Youth.
