Beijing, November 19th—Wang Yajun, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, attended the opening ceremony of the Webinar for Cadres of Central Ministries of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party (LPRP) and delivered a speech. Sichalcune Somphone, Deputy Head of the Commission for External Relations of the Central Committee of the LPRP, and monitor of the webinar was present and delivered a speech.

Wang, on behalf of Minister Song Tao and the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, congratulated on the opening of the webinar. He said, China and Laos are friendly socialist neighbors linked by mountains and rivers. The Chinese side is willing to work with the Lao side to deepen exchanges and cooperation between the two parties, and promote the building the China-Laos community with a shared future, so as to better benefit the two countries and peoples. Wang also briefed on the fifth plenary session of the 19th CPC Central Committee.

Somphone spoke highly of the important achievements of the fifth plenary session of the 19th CPC Central Committee. He said, the Lao side is willing to strengthen experience exchanges in state governance and administration with the Chinese side, and jointly promote Laos-China community with a shared future for constant and new progress.
