Beijing, March 15th--Qian Hongshan, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, held a video call with José Luis Centella, President of the Spanish Communist Party (PCE).

Qian highly applauded China-Spain relations and the traditional friendship between the two Parties, saying that both the CPC and the PCE will celebrate the 100th anniversary this year. The CPC is willing to take this opportunity to continue to consolidate and deepen the friendly relations between the two Parties and make positive contributions to the development of China-Spain comprehensive strategic partnership.

Centella said that the PCE is willing to further strengthen dialogue and exchanges with the CPC and contribute to Spain-China relations and the Belt and Road cooperation between the two countries.
