Beijing, March 29th—Li Mingxiang, Assistant-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee (IDCPC) attended and delivered a speech here today at the opening ceremony of the webinar for cadres of the SWAPO Party of Namibia. On behalf of the IDCPC and Song Tao, Minister of the IDCPC, Li Mingxiang congratulated on the opening of the webinar and mainly introduced the achievements and experience of the Communist Party of China (CPC) since it was founded 100 years ago. He said that the CPC is willing to work together with the SWAPO Party to strengthen experience exchanges in state governance and administration, promote pragmatic cooperation in various fields, and safeguard international fairness and justice, so as to elevate China-Namibia comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership to a higher level.

Marco Mukoso Hausiku, Deputy Secretary-General of the SWAPO Party congratulated on the CPC’s 100th anniversary in his speech. He spoke highly of the relations between the two countries and the two parties, and said that the SWAPO Party is willing to learn experience from the CPC on party governance and state administration, and build a better world together with the Chinese side.
