Beijing, April 16th—Qian Hongshan, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, held a video call here today on the afternoon with Martin Schirdewan, Co-president of the Confederal Group of the European United Left - Nordic Green Left (GUE/NGL).

Qian Hongshan said, the healthy development of China-Europe relationship conforms to the common interest of both sides. The Chinese side is willing to deepen intra-party relations with GUE/NGL, strengthen communication and cooperation, and promote China-Europe relations towards a healthy and stable direction.

Schirdewan congratulated the CPC on its 100th anniversary, saying that GUE/NGL is will to further enhance candid dialogues with the CPC, continuously play an active role, and promote Europe-China relations, whose keynote is cooperation, for new development.
