Li Mingxiang Attends Opening Ceremony of Webinar for Cadres of the People's Movement for the Liberation of Angola (MPLA)

Beijing, April 12th—Li Mingxiang, Assistant-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee (IDCPC), attended here today the opening ceremony of the webinar for cadres of the People's Movement for the Liberation of Angola (MPLA) and delivered a speech via videolink. Li Mingxiang, on behalf of Song Tao, Minister of the IDCPC, congratulated the opening of the webinar. He mainly introduced the achievements and experience of the CPC since its founding 100 years ago, and the 14th Five-Year Plan (2021-2025). He said the CPC is willing to, together with MPLA, strengthen experience exchanges in state governance and administration, enhance practical cooperation in various areas, jointly safeguard international fairness and justice, and jointly push forward China-Angola strategic partnership.

Manuel Pedro Chaves, MPLA Politburo Member and Secretary for International Relations, congratulated the CPC on the 100th anniversary, spoke highly of the relations between the two countries and two parties, and said that MLPA is willing to learn the experience on state governance and administration from the CPC, so as to promote cooperation between the two countries for new progress and better benefit the two peoples.
