Beijing, April 21st—Qian Hongshan, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, held a video call here today on the afternoon of with Bogdan Țîrdea, Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Foreign Policy and European Integration of the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova. The two sides had in-depth exchanges on China-Moldova relations and inter-party exchanges.

Qian Hongshan spoke highly of the relations between the two countries and bilateral cooperation in combating Covid-19. He said that the CPC is willing to continue to maintain friendly exchanges with the Party of Socialists of the Republic of Moldova, innovate exchange forms, promote the in-depth development of relations between the two parties, and promote cooperation between the two countries in various fields under the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative.

Țîrdea congratulated the CPC on its 100th anniversary and spoke highly of the CPC's ruling achievements. He thanked China for its support and assistance to Moldova in combating Covid-19, and said that the Party of Socialists is willing to further strengthen inter-party exchanges and cooperation with the CPC and continue to contribute to the development of Moldova-China relations.
