Shen Beili Holds a Video Call with Bruno Araujo, President of the Brazilian Social Democratic Party

Beijing, April 22—Shen Beili, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, held a video call here today on the morning with Bruno Araujo, President of the Brazilian Social Democratic Party.

Shen spoke positively of the contributions made by the Brazilian Social Democratic Party to promote China-Brazil friendship, and said that the CPC is willing to deepen exchanges and cooperation with Brazilian Social Democratic Party, and actively build a new type of political party relationship that seeks common ground while putting aside differences, respects each other, and draws on each other's strengths through mutual learning, so as to lead China-Brazil comprehensive strategic partnership to new progress.

Araujo congratulated on the 100th anniversary of the founding of the CPC, spoke highly of China's achievements in combating Covid-19 and poverty alleviation, and said that the Brazilian Social Democratic Party is willing to learn from the CPC's experience in state governance and administration, and promote China-Brazil cooperation in various fields for fruitful results.
