Song said, in the past century, especially after the 18th National Congress of the CPC, Chinese people have made strenuous efforts under the leadership of the CPC, which has created glorious history, forged lofty spirits, and achieved great accomplishments. The CPC will continue to uphold Party leadership, stay committed to a people-centered approach, persist in the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and ensure strict Party self-governance. The CPC will firmly support Cambodia in pursuing a development path that suits Cambodia’s national conditions, and deepen experience exchanges in state governance and administration and the cooperation in cadre training, so as to achieve new progress in the relations between the two parties and the two countries, bringing greater benefits to the two peoples.
