Beijing, June 29th—Guo Yezhou, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today on the morning with Pham Sao Mai, Vietnamese Ambassador to China. Both sides had friendly exchanges on the relations between the two parties and two countries.
