Beijing, July 13th—Qian Hongshan, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, held a video call here today with José Luis Centella, President of the Spanish Communist Party (PCE).

Qian thanked Centella for attending and delivering a speech at the CPC and World Political Parties Summit. He said, the CPC is willing to take the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the CPC and the PCE as an opportunity to further consolidate and deepen the traditional friendship between the two parties, and promote exchanges and cooperation between the two countries in various fields, in a bid to enrich the content of the China-Spain comprehensive strategic partnership.

Centella congratulated the CPC on the success of the CPC and World Political Parties Summit, and expressed that the PCE is willing to further strengthen dialogue and exchanges with the CPC, actively promote the development of Spain-China relations and the Belt and Road cooperation, and contribute to the building of a community with a shared future for mankind.
