Webinar Themed on “Centenary Development of the CPC and Experience Exchanges in State Governance and Administration between CPC and CPV” Held Chen Xi Delivers a Keynote Speech

Beijing, September 28th—Webinar themed on “centenary development of the CPC and experience exchanges in state governance and administration between CPC and CPV” was held. The webinar was co-organized by the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, the Party School of the Central Committee of CPC (National Academy of Governance), the Commission for External Relations under the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Central Committee and Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics. Chen Xi, Member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and President of Party School of the Central Committee of CPC (National Academy of Governance) attended the webinar via videolink and delivered a keynote speech.

Chen noted, since the CPC was founded 100 years ago, it has led and united the Chinese people to pursue national independence and liberation, a stronger and more prosperous country, and their own happiness, writing the most magnificent chapter in the millennia-long history of the Chinese nation. Since the 18th CPC National Congress in 2012, socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era. The CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core has provided unified leadership for advancing our great struggle, great project, great cause, and great dream, stay committed to the overall leadership of the Party, people-centered philosophy, scientific theories, the improvement of system and self-reform. It has led and united the people to overcome significant risks and challenges, realized historic achievements and shifts in the undertakings of the Party and the country. The Chinese nation has achieved the tremendous transformation from standing upright to becoming prosperous and growing in strength.

Chen said, the Chinese side is willing to continue the fine tradition of mutual learning and mutual support with Vietnamese comrades, give play to the special advantages of inter-party exchanges, deepen experience exchanges in state governance and administration, and make new contributions to relations between the two Parties and two countries and the development of socialist cause.

Nguyen Xuan Thang, President of Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, Member of the Politburo of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee and Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council, attended the event via videolink and delivered a keynote speech. About 200 representatives from the Chinese and Vietnamese sides were present.
