Guo Yezhou Attends a Seminar with Cadres from Departments under the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee (CPVCC)

Beijing, October 21th—Guo Yezhou, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, attended here today via videolink a seminar with cadres from departments directly under the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee (CPVCC). Guo said, strengthening experience exchanges in state governance and administration is the important consensus reached by the top leaders of the two countries and two Parties, and has been a fine tradition kept by our two Parties for a long time. Both sides should strengthen communication and mutual learning, and discuss our understanding of regularities with each other, so as to contribute our wisdom and strengths to the development of the relations between our two Parties and countries and the causes of respective Parties and countries in the post-pandemic era.

Truong Quang Hoai Nam, Deputy Head of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Central Committee's Commission for External Relations, thanked the Chinese side for helping Vietnam fight against the COVID-19, and said the Vietnamese side is willing to learn the experience in state governance and administration from the Chinese side, and make positive contributions to the continuous, healthy and stable development of the relations between our two Parties and countries.

Over 40 cadres from departments directly under the CPVCC and provinces of Vietnam were present. Both sides made in-depth exchanges of views on epidemic prevention and control, cooperation in industry, trade and supply chain, the resumption of work and production, maintaining economic and social development and other topics.
