Beijing, October 29th—Qian Hongshan, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, held a video call here today on the afternoon with Tahir Budagov, Deputy Chairman of the New Azerbaijan Party (YAP) and Head of the Central Office of the Party.

Qian spoke highly of the relations between the two Parties and two countries, and said the CPC is willing to, together with the YAP, continue exchanges and cooperation between the two parties, and take the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries next year as an opportunity to boost cooperation in all areas under the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative to better benefit the two peoples.

Budagov congratulated the CPC on its centenary, spoke highly of the achievements of the CPC’s governance, and thanked the Chinese side’s support and help to Azerbaijan’s fight against the COVID-19. He expressed the willingness to strengthen exchange and mutual learning on state governance and administration with the Chinese side to jointly boost the relations between Azerbaijan and China for further development.
