Beijing, October 27th—Zhu Rui, Assistant Minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee (IDCPC) attended here today the opening ceremony of the webinar for the cadres of the National Liberation Front (FLN) and delivered a speech. More than 20 people attended the ceremony, including Barahid, Member of the Central Committee of the FLN and Advisor in Political Training to Secretary General of the FLN, and Amoudi,  Advisor in Foreign Affairs to Secretary General of the FLN.

Zhu spoke positively of China-Algeria relations and thanked Algeria for helping China restore its lawful seat in the United Nations. He emphasized that China firmly support Algeria in taking a development path that suits its national conditions, and said that the CPC attaches great importance to its friendly and cooperative relations with the FLN. The CPC stands ready to strengthen exchanges and cooperation between the two Parties in various fields, and deepen exchanges of experience in state and party governance, so as to jointly push forward the development of China-Algeria comprehensive strategic partnership. Zhu also mainly introduced whole-process people’s democracy and the CPC's experience and practice in enhancing political construction.

Amoudi and Barahid congratulated the CPC  on its centenary, spoke highly of China-Algeria traditional friendly relations and expressed their gratitude to China’s support in Algeria’s fight against COVID-19. They said that the FLN is willing to consolidate its friendship with China and draw the experience of CPC in its political and ideological construction and cadre training, so as to make contributions to world peace, common development of all countries and well-being of all peoples.
